The less painful, cheaper, make your parents happy method of getting a tattoo would have to be these awesome tights. Maybe I should of invested in a pair of these babies before going out and getting ink'd for real, but oh well. If you go to Etsy and type in tattoo tights, hundreds of affordable options come up, it is really quite wonderful. I particularly like the octopus fishnets, I would rock those any day of the week.
Yesterday me and a couple friends went to a rally about unions, capitalism, and "sacrificing the rich." It was interesting. I'd never really been to a protest, it was interesting to hear what people had to say, and to see how passionate everyone was. It was also probably the best people watching ever, Portland is full of so many interesting people, I could sit for hours in Pioneer Square and just creep on people.
I've been extremely busy. Finals are next week. I have 4, and honestly, I am not confident at all. I hope that I can be proactive with my studying and get stuff done, so I can go back home and enjoy myself. I am so ready to go home and be with my family and feel warm and cozy and fuzzy inside. So ready to be with my little animalsss.
I had to have my passport over nighted to me so I could get a new debit card. Since I lost my wallet on Saturday, I had no form of ID, or any money. It was absolutly miserable not having a debit card for almost a week. You never know how important these thing are to you until they are gone. When I got my passport, I was horrified by my photo. I look like I had just taken horse tranquilizers, and I don't know if you can tell from the photobooth picture, but from my neck up I was horribly sunburnt and looked all kinds of freaky. Its funny to see old pictures of myself. I am constantly changing my hair, so I always look different. But when I was younger, man, I tried so hard. I don't really know what I was trying to accomplish with my appearance, needless to say, I was a very lost, low self esteemed young lady at times. Today, I am just insane
Since I don't have a TV, I am seriously lacking the magic that is American Idol. I was watching some youtube clips from this season, and fell deeply in love with Casey Abrams. There has NEVER EVER been someone so talented on the show. If he does not win, I will be heartbroken. I would buy his album in a heartbeat. Not to mention he is the type of dorky adorable that I love so very much.
I love pop music. So much. And I am not ashamed of it at all. I don't really like top 40 rap, but I am obsessed with all the female pop stars right now. Ke$ha, Gaga, Katy Perry, I love them all. Usually the music I post on here is hipstery, folk stuff, which will always be my number one. But right now, I am seriously obsessed with Jessie J. She reminds me of a more badass, not to mention way more talented version of Lily Allen. I wish I could pull of jet black hair like her.
Do it Like a Dude is seriously the most badass song ever. Whenever I hear it I want to sag my jeans and beat people up. Because you know I am capable of that. This music video is unreal, the diamonds on her lips are so gorgeous. But seriously, check out her live performances, because her voice is so powerful and unique.
A lot has been going on in my life personally, that has lead me to be quite uninspired when it comes to blogging. Which is strange, because normally when I am in a crazy emotional state I have more to blog. I don't really want this blog to be personal, because my problems are not that interesting, and I feel like they are pathetic at times. Never the less, the stress of finals, and me being an idiot has lead to some awesome emotional break downs. But this post is about things that make me happy! So lets get happy y'all!
Knowing that I get to go home in two painful weeks to this beautiful face makes me happy. Riley is my one true love, I am convinced. Him and I have a bond that no one else in my family does. I just want to cuddle with him forever and ever. Look a that squishy face. He is the sweetest puppy.
This unicorn ring makes me extremely happy. My friend Madeline got one for Valentines Day. I've never been so jealous in my entire life. It looks way amazing in person. I will cut her finger off if that means I get to have that ring.

I decided to take some pictures of my the PSU campus because it isn't raining today and I wanted to go for a little walk alone to collect my thoughts. Since I am a terrible photographer, most of my pictures were horrible. The top two pictures are the view from my dorm, and the building I live in. Its called Broadway. It is relatively new and comfortable to live in, I love it. The second two pictures are of the park blocks. All the trees looked really pretty, and I can tell they are ready for spring. The pretty house is the alumni center, and I think it is haunted.
So I've decided to start a new weekly post on Sundays, duh, about stuff I want, duh. Its fun and easy and gets all of my poor girl shopping frustrations out.
